‘Brand New Day’ features on The Kardashians!

Exciting News!

I’m finally able to share some really big news with you all that I've been sitting on for a couple of months...

My single 'Brand New Day' with band, The Eves has just featured on The Kardashians series across Disney's global streaming services including Disney + and Hulu!

The season 2 premiere was the most watched Disney series across their streaming services around the world, so we really couldn’t ask for a better platform to be heard!

Brand New Day features on Season 2, Episode 9 at around 30min 45secs where the family are reflecting on The Met Gala.

Radio Forth Awards

Wow! What a week it’s been!

I was honoured to be invited to play at the Forth 1 Awards at the Usher Hall with my band, The Eves.

It was such a buzzing atmosphere of nearly 2000 people and we shared the stage with Tony Hadley, Wet Wet Wet, Heather Small, Vula (Basement Jaxx) and Callum Beattie!

We had the best day! It was great to chat to Boogie and Arlene and also to meet the lovely Tony Hadley and his band - such nice people!

Big thanks to Forth 1 for having us and thanks to all the hardworking crew at Catalyst Event Production Services Ltd. Great job!

Headline Show with The Eves

I am so happy to announce that I will be playing a headline show in Glasgow on Saturday 6th August at Room 2 Live with my band, The Eves.

It's a full band show so we'll be accompanied by our wonderful drummer Fraser.

We’re delighted that we have the amazing John Rush joining us as our special guest!

John has opened for Ocean Colour Scene, Paul Weller, and will be opening for Rick Astley in August!

River and Reign reaches Number 1 in the iTunes Classical Music Chart

I’m absolutely thrilled that on that on the day of release, ‘River and Reign’ made it to the Number 1 spot in the iTunes Classical Chart! I am honoured to be sitting amongst the likes of Andrea Bocelli, Karl Jenkins and particularly Ludovico Einaudi (as one of my favourites).

A really lovely moment for me. Big thanks to everyone who has supported me and downloaded, streamed and said nice things about the track. It really means the world to me to hear that the passion and emotion I put into it is coming through in the music and connecting with people.

First Solo Piano Release ‘River and Reign’ out now

My first solo Piano release is out now! I’m really excited about this one - It’s a totally different type of single for me though. You’ll be used to me releasing pop songs with my band, The Eves but for this one I’ve gone back to my roots… my first love - classical Piano.

I say classical, but I’m not really sure what genre to place it in - it’s a solo Piano composition and probably a crossover of styles with a contemporary sound.

I use the classical techniques I was taught with but you can definitely hear a blend of classical with some more modern pop style melodies. Big thanks to Philip Curran for helping me mix the track.

I created the artwork by using ICM photography (Intentional Camera Movement) It’s a picture of trees but you would never know it!

‘Christmas In Summertime’ - Out Now

My Christmas single ‘Christmas In Summertime’ with band, The Eves, is out now. Although we tend to associate the Christmas period with joy and happiness, it’s also a time for reflection, and remembrance of the people we have lost, held deep in our hearts. In this particularly difficult year, the sense of loss seems magnified and even more raw than usual. We are no strangers to these emotions, having both lost our fathers close to Christmas, which is what inspired us to write this song.

Yes, it’s a song about a great sense of loss, but it’s also a song about joy; a song about loving the people around you, every day, ever present.
